Are you ready for a truly Transformational & Life Changing experience?
HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT YOU’RE READY?
At Prague Yoga Collective we are all students. Even if some of us are teachers, we are still, and will always be, students. We grow, learn and inspire each other on our different paths in this practice. A teacher can be someone who teaches others, but also refers to your inner teacher. The practice is what drives us, what forms us as people, students and teachers alike. So if you are committed to the practice of yoga, then you are ready.
You don’t need to be able to perform any ‘advanced’ postures to study to become a yoga teacher. It is not about how flexible you are or if you can handstand for 10 minutes straight, but what matters is your passion and enthusiasm for the practice of yoga. This TT has been carefully designed to challenge and inspire any student, new or experienced, young or old.
This course will be immersive, heart opening and life changing and is for:
ASPIRING TEACHERS :
Students feeling ready to facilitate transformation in others through the power of yoga.
Already qualified yoga teachers looking to refresh or expand their training.
DEDICATED STUDENTS LOOKING TO DEEPEN THEIR PERSONAL PRACTICE:
Students looking to expand their own personal practice without the intention to teach.
Committed students with a desire and passion to learn, not just asana but also about themselves.

The 200-hr Program
Prague Yoga Collective’s TT goal is to go beyond the basics and elevate our trainees to teach with authenticity, courage and passion. We are laying the path for you by offering the highest standard of education in yoga asana, philosophy, anatomy and personal development. Our mission is to create passionate and powerful teachers who are equipped to transform lives and support students on their yoga journey. Our program is designed so that you’ll feel confident and ready to teach the day you graduate.
Your journey will take place over an 8-week semi-intensive course when you’ll be a part of a community of students being on the same journey of radical transformation as you. The very nature of undergoing a teacher training will require your full commitment both in and out of the classroom, and you will be surrounded by a supportive group of humans going through a similar experience at the same time. The intensity of this course will be matched by experiences of joy, connection and friendships as you discover your most powerful self on the journey of yoga.
So let this time be reserved for the journey of a lifetime!
This 200-hr course will run on evenings and weekends over the course of 8 weeks. We’ll have a couple of intensive weekends; one in the beginning and on at the end of our training. We’ll also break up the training in the middle with a weekend getaway to the Czech countryside for some time off the city-life. The course will be divided into modules that will sometimes run simultaneously and sometimes apart from other modules:

TRANSFORM & UNCOVER - Long Weekend Immersion (30 Hours)
The Art of Holding Space
One of the most powerful parts of our teacher training program, this long weekend away from the city will challenge your mind, body and spirit – facilitating the awakening required to become a truly powerful teacher.
The core of Prague Yoga Collective’s methodology lies in the practice of self-study (Svadhyaya) .This module is dedicated to uncovering deeply rooted beliefs, patterns and character traits that hold us back from living authentic and courageous lives. This work requires honesty, humility and a great commitment to your own spiritual growth.
Daily schedule includes meditation, yoga practice (Vinyasa and Yin), practice teaching, group sessions to uncover limiting core beliefs and inspiring community activities.
This weekend will leave you feeling strong, inspired and with a renewed passion for your life and yoga practice.
