In our Vinyasa Flow classes we emphasize on the connection between movement and breath. Every teacher teaches different sequences every time, but you can expect a strong, well-rounded practice with plenty of challenging asanas. All of our classes are open to beginners as well as advanced practitioners.

Yoga in the Park
Throughout the summer we are offering dynamic and relaxing yoga classes in some of Prague's most beautiful parks! The classes are open to all level of practitioners and we'll have an hour of strong practice full of stretchy and strengthening positions. Bring a mat or towel to practice on or simply enjoy the grass under your bare feet.
