Morning Meditation Self Practice (free class)
We offer our space for you to come start off your day right, with 30 minutes of self-practice meditation. There are mats and props for your use and a warm, cosy studio space to come into and close your eyes for a few moments. Come sit, breathe and practice stillness as a part of your daily routine.
This class is open to all levels and free of charge for everyone, regardless if you plan on staying for the 7am class or not.
In our Vinyasa Flow classes we emphasize on the connection between movement and breath. Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic hour of practice full of stretchy and strengthening positions. During this hour the teacher will guide you through a sequence with focus on connection between body and breath and it'll definitely make you sweat! Every teacher teaches different sequences every time, but you can expect a strong, well-rounded practice with plenty of challenging asanas.
Vinyasa Flow is open to all levels of practitioners with modifications for beginners and more layers for more advanced practitioners.
Developed by Larry Schultz in San Francisco, The Rocket is known for being fun, fast, and encouraging students to lift up and fly. Rocket yoga encourages the practitioner to let go of fear and embrace the fact that you are stronger than you think you are.
The Rocket Yoga sequences are a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. This allows the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga method to be accessible to everyone who is willing to try.
At Prague Yoga Collective we try to stay true to the lineage of Rocket Yoga and invite you all to come try this powerful, fun and graceful practice!

Happy Hour Friday Rocket & Yoga Nidra
Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and challenging sequence, combining poses and transitions from Ashtanga's Primary, Second, and Third Series. In this happy hour class, you can expect a little bit of everything: arm balances, backbends, deep twists, and of course, inversions. PYC is doing our own twist of this classic Rocket class with introducing 60 minutes of Rocket, and finishing with a relaxing guided meditation in Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep).
This class is open to all levels and most of all, fun, fearless and a perfect way to let go of your week and tune into your weekend.
Fundamentals of Vinyasa: An intro
Fundamentals of Vinyasa is a class designed for beginners to gain a foundational knowledge of postures, breathing techniques, and meditation through movement with a special focus on the use of the breath during sun salutations. The class will take a technical approach to postures - bringing attention to alignment in the body and how to gain body awareness.
Open to complete beginners but also seasoned practitioners that want to have a look at the basics again.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Modified Primary Series (MPS)
The Ashtanga Primary Series (Yoga Cikitsā), is a challenging and invigorating sequence of asanas that are strengthening, toning and cleansing for the muscles, joints and internal organs. Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series sets the foundation for the Rocket Yoga routines and as the original Power, Flow, Vinyasa practice and is traditionally practiced on Sundays.
“Yoga Chikitsa”, translates as yoga therapy and as healing by using internal heat generated through breath, movement and bhandas (energy locks) to purify our body from within.
Class is open to beginners as well as advanced students.
This class is a gentle fusion of Vinyasa and Yin styles. In Santa Barbara, CA this style goes by the name of Zen Flow.
We start off slow before the pace picks up to build heat. We'll slow down once more towards the end and you will be guided into deeper poses to realize your connection to the subtle body. During this hour the teacher will guide you through a variety of poses and guided meditations. If you enjoy long holds, movement, and going deep into meditation then this is the class for you.
Suitable for all levels of practitioners.
Our Power Flow classes focuses on your strength and stamina in your practice. We practice the focus between the breath and body and use it to strengthen our bodies from top to toe. Find your inner strength as well as strengthening your body in this powerful class.
Power Flow is open to all levels of practitioners.
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of practice. In our Yin classes, the poses are held for a longer period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to focus on the connective tissue such as the ligaments and bones rather than the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.
Yin yoga can be very challenging on a physical, emotional and mental level, and can often yield a deep release or shift in the practitioner. This class is great if you practice lots of fast paced, power flow as it gives us time to slow down and go deeper into our bodies and minds.
Class is open to all levels of practitioners.
Yang & Yin
Want the best of both worlds? Then this class will gently guide you exactly where you need to be.
The Yin is a gentle, quiet, & meditative practice that teaches us to relax & accept ourselves just as we are. Through mindful stretching, Yin Yoga maintains the health of the connective tissue and encourages free flow of qi (energy) in the body. Poses are held for longer periods of time and awareness is brought to sensations in the body.
The Yang allows us to integrate this openness and awareness into a sense of steadiness & alignment. Poses will include gentle flow & strengthening poses held for longer periods of time.
This class is open to all levels of practitioners.
This class is a conscious flow for gentle to mid-strong vinyasa yoga lovers. Come and enjoy mindful body movement with centred mind, pranayama and touch of philosophy/poetry to bring some peace to your middle of the week. This is an all levels class and modifications will be offered.

Armbalances & Inversions Flow
Are you feeling a bit stuck in your armbalance and inversion practice? Then this is the perfect class for you!
In our usual classes there is little time to focus on all the details around our armbalances and inversions so we created this class for you guys. We'll flow and move our bodies as usual, but we'll go into closer detail in selected poses to help you excel in your practice with arm balances and inversions.
Different weeks will focus on different postures so make it your weekly playtime and you'll be soaring into your practice in no-time!
This class is suitable for intermediate as well as advanced practitioners.
Prenatal Yoga EN/CZ
Prenatal yoga can help you improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of your muscles needed for childbirth. We'll do breathing exercises, gentle stretching and postures and end with a relaxation.
Prenatal yoga is designed to be suitable for mothers in any stage of pregnancy with the main focus on the breath and overall well-being of the mother.
Class is always conducted in ENGLISH but if you need CZECH translation, Jana is always happy to teach in both languages.
The class is open for all pregnant women, with or without any previous yoga experience.
