First time to yoga?
No worries, we've got you covered!
Wear something comfortable that you are able to stretch and move in.
Try to arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts.
Doors open at least 15 minutes before class starts so you can come in, roll out your mat and relax a little before class.
Yoga mats and blankets are available for your use, and you can also bring your own if you prefer.
For Yoga in the Park classes please bring a mat or a towel.
Changing rooms are available, and you are welcome to use the showers downstairs at Crossfit Committed should you need one after class.
Please let the teacher know before class if you are working with any injuries or if you are pregnant. We will do everything we can to help you adapt and work to the best of our abilities.
If you know that you sweat a lot, it is good to bring a little towel to make your practice a little less slippery.

We love our yoga space and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do, so here are some things that we think are important to keep in mind:
Take off your shoes in the reception, so we can all roam around in our bare feet without getting them dirty.
Please use the spray bottles and towels to clean and wipe down your yoga mat after class.
No talking in class.
No phones in class.
