First time to yoga?
No worries, we've got you covered!
Wear something comfortable that you are able to stretch and move in.
Try to arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts.
Doors open30 minutes before class starts so you can come in, roll out your mat, relax and meditate before class.
Yoga mats, straps and blankets are available for your use, and you can also bring your own if you prefer.
If you’re a class-pass member, you can store your own mat here so you don’t have to carry it around with you every day.
Changing rooms and showers are available, and you can rent a towel for 30czk if you need one.
Please let the teacher know before class if you are working with any injuries or if you are pregnant. We will do everything we can to help you adapt and work to the best of our abilities.
If you know that you sweat a lot, it is good to bring a little towel to make your practice a little less slippery.

This space is ours, all of ours together, so lets keep it beautiful and treat it with respect and love. Here are some things that we think are important to keep in mind:
Our shala is our sacred space for practice, and some people want to enjoy the silence and meditate both before and after their practice, so please keep silence, turn off your mind and leave your phone outside and if you do arrive late to class (it happens to all of us sometimes!), tiptoe inside and be careful placing your mat and belongings down.
If you need to leave early, let the teacher know before class and leave before Savasana so as not to disturb the other students in relaxation.
Take off your shoes in the reception, so we can all roam around in our bare feet without getting them dirty.
Please use the spray bottles and towels to clean and wipe down your yoga mat after class.
