Mama & Baby Yoga
Mama & Baby Yoga is an inclusive set of practices to enhance playful interaction and communication between parent (or grandma, caretaker, cousin etc)
and baby and to promote their healthy development. Baby Yoga perfectly compliments baby massage and expands the benefits of touch with those of movement and relaxation.
We move through a sequence of gentle yoga movements adapted to babies as well as new parents and it is a loving way to come meet other babies as well
as connecting with your own little one! Baby yoga is beneficial for all babies as well as their caregivers as it helps to attune to the baby’s needs and to calm or stimulate them as appropriate with a sense of security and well-being.
You don’t need to practice yoga or even know anything about yoga to get started with your baby!
At PYC you can come with your little ones aged 3-12 months and practice on Thursdays 10-11am

You can easily sign up for classes through our MindBody App (download below) or just come drop-in.
Wear comfortable clothing.
There are toilets/shower and changing facilities at the studio.
You can bring/park your stroller in the studio. (There are a few stairs, but there are also always many pairs of hands to help you out).
Mats/props and anything you will need for the class is provided, so just bring yourself and your little one.
Classes are kept small to keep a calm space for you and baby.
Please pay for all classes in cash on arrival, as we are unable to receive card payments at the moment.
Age limit in class is a bit fluid, depending on baby's development. If your little one is around 12 month and you’re not sure, just send us an e-mail and we’ll be able to guide you.
Older siblings are welcome to come along, but please bring them a couple of toys/something to do as the movements are mostly for our littlest ones and mamas/papas.
