Friday 6-8pm: Mandala Flow Masterclass
Saturday 2-5pm Session I: Hip & Thigh Strength / Arm Balances
Sunday 10-1pm Session II: Shoulder & Core Strength / Inversions
What will you learn?
A lightness is attained when living in our strength, whether that strength is physical, mental, or emotional. Although we can encounter obstacles externally, and also obstacles that result from our own mental blocks, overcoming hurdles is a testament to strength and has the potential to liberate our spirit.
But strength is a quality many of us deny having. At the very least, we do not give ourselves enough credit for the amount of strength we truly possess. It can be intimidating, strength, particularly our own.
This weekend workshop will focus on uncovering your inherent strength, and the further cultivation thereof. Using the physical body as a vehicle to feel and cultivate strength in your asana practice, specifically exploring trickier postures that require mental strength equally as much as physical.
Each session will begin with a meditation to help clear the mind, mentally preparing it for the physically demanding practices to follow. Learning to identify your own obstacles and using your practice as a tool to overcome them, this workshop will empower you to be strong.
