We're very excited to introduce Prague to the wonderful George Anthony!
George is a travelling teacher and teacher trainer who has taught in all corners of the world during the past decade. His teaching perspective is a synthesis of traditional hatha yoga, vinyasa, pranayama, calisthenics, yin, kundalini, and meditation.
Come join us at Prague Yoga Collective for a long weekend of fun, learning and a looking within ourselves.

What will you learn?

Friday 6-8pm: AcroYoga Flow and Fly
Joy, surrender, compassion, and healing touch are vital ingredients of a happy and purposeful human life. Of the many beautiful ways to experience and practice these sentiments AcroYoga gives us new ways to connect, move, stretch, and strengthen our bodies, and communicate in presence with one another. Come join for fun workshop and learning experience of acroyoga poses, flows, counterbalances, and therapeutic inverted partner massage.

Saturday 2-5pm: Handstand Master Class 
From absolute basics and fundamental body conditioning techniques to some tricky and fun handstand drill techniques this class is suitable for everyone to find confidence and skill on their handstand practice and maybe experience a lighter, easier and amazing feeling stand on your hands. 

Sunday 10-1pm: Purifying the Energy Body: Kriya & Pranayama

Many people focus on detoxing the physical body but equally important is purifying the energetic system. This is synonymous with being able to manage your inner world and create balance and connection through your mental and physical aspects by energy awareness and breathing techniques. These techniques also of course work directly on purifying the physical body as a preparation for the deeper pranayama breathing practices. These practices are proven to boost the immune system function, reduce stress, and relax the mind.
