25hr Bhakti Yoga Teacher Training

with Rebecca Hajek

Have you ever longed to explore yoga as a path of devotion?
To chant with others in sacred sound?
To lead with love, intention, and joy?
To guide students into deeper connection—through song, storytelling, ritual, and the heart?

Join the inspiring Rebecca Hajek for a heartfelt journey into Bhakti Yoga Teacher Training.
Together, we’ll explore the art of devotional practice and learn how to share this soulful tradition in a way that uplifts, unites, and transforms.

What is Bhakti Yoga?

Bhakti Yoga is the path of the heart—
a timeless practice within the yoga tradition that centers on love, devotion, and selfless service to the divine, in whatever form we personally connect with. Unlike other yogic paths that may emphasize intellect or physical discipline, Bhakti gently invites us to surrender into relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with a higher presence.

Rooted in the ancient Bhakti Shastras (devotional scriptures), this practice offers both profound wisdom and accessible tools for daily life. Through chanting (kirtan), storytelling, mantra, ritual, and heartfelt remembrance, Bhakti Yoga teaches us not just how to know the Divine—but how to love it.

On this path, transformation doesn’t come through force, but through the softening of ego, the awakening of compassion, and the uncovering of our truest nature. It offers a strategy for living in alignment: cultivating an even, peaceful mind and responding to life with grace, presence, and joy.

Bhakti is not about escaping the world—it is about engaging with it more deeply, as an instrument of love and conscious service. In this way, the path of Bhakti allows us to become a living offering, and to recognize the sacred within all things.

Who will benefit from this course?

This training is designed for yoga teachers, practitioners, and seekers
who wish to deepen their understanding and embodiment of Bhakti Yoga—the yoga of devotion.
You’ll explore the core elements of Bhakti: mantra chanting, kirtan, storytelling from sacred texts, ritual, and devotional practices rooted in heart-centered awareness.

This course offers a blend of theory and lived experience, giving you the tools to confidently share Bhakti-inspired practices with authenticity, reverence, and joy.

Through this journey, you’ll learn to craft meaningful, soulful offerings that invite connection—to the self, to others, and to the divine—through sound, story, and spirit.

Rebecca Hajek will lead you through a rich and inspiring exploration of Bhakti yoga.
By the end of this training, you'll feel empowered to integrate Bhakti into your teachings, classes, or personal spiritual practice with clarity and heart.

Who is Rebecca?

Rebecca Hajek is a New Yorker recently transplanted to Lisbon, Portugal who has been studying yoga and meditation for over 25 years. She was a former opera singer who got her Masters in Music at SUNY Purchase and accredits her discipline and understanding of nuance in her practice to her years of strict training. She followed her love of yoga out of the opera world and into her 200hr training over 14 years ago in NYC and discovered her life’s purpose. Eager to soak up the vast wealth of yogic wisdom in NYC, Rebecca explored Ashtanga, Iyengar, Forrest, Hatha, Kundalini, Katonah, Dharma and Bhakti Yoga which allowed her to deepen her practice and refine her distinctive style of teaching.

Her 500hr Advanced Teacher Training (ERYT) was completed with her long time mentor Yogi Charu of Saraswati lineage in Hatha Yoga and Tantric meditation in 2015. She has since delved more deeply into Bhakti Yoga – the yoga of devotion, and is studying yoga philosophy through the Vedic texts and mantra with her teachers Raghunath Cappo, Kausthuba Das, and Radhanath Swami.

Dedicated to the yogic path, Rebecca will always consider herself a student first, and a teacher second. In addition to teaching online and in person classes and privates, Rebecca leads kirtans, workshops, teacher trainings and yoga retreats around the globe.
