PYC Rejskova & PYC Letná

Katonah Yoga Weekend with Lucy Wright

Experience the magic of Katonah Yoga — a unique integration of classical Hatha yoga, Taoist philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and sacred geometry. Created in New York City by Nevine Michaan over 40 years ago, Katonah Yoga uses metaphor, alignment, and body mechanics to help you step out of unconscious habits, refine your posture, and find a deep sense of internal stability.

Where traditional Vinyasa speaks of muscles and strength, Katonah references organs, joints, and energetic alignment. Expect familiar shapes with unfamiliar twists in a practice designed to cultivate self-awareness, longevity, and joy.
