The Flow Evolution w/Luca Bellucci

June 28-29th & July 12-13th, 2024

Come join Luca for a deep-dive into the core of the Vinyasa Flow Practice.

We’re very excited to host the wonderful Luca Bellucci over two Summer Weekends (Friday Night + Saturday Morning) for a deep-dive into the world of Vinyasa Flow.

These classes & workshops are both for practitioners looking to deepen their own practice and for teachers who are hungry for inspiration for their own teaching.

Luca's personal Yoga journey is a dynamic fusion that empowers transformative processes through a progressive outlook and a contemporary approach to practice, intertwining psychological mindfulness, therapeutic movement, and self-discovery.

This fusion has manifested in three distinct concepts within his practice and over two weekends and 4 Masterclasses we will dive deeper into the following concepts:

Rhythm

Friday, 28/6 - 6.30-8.30pm Masterclass

Saturday 29/6 - 9-11am Workshop

RHYTHM is a concept rooted in the principles of Rocket Yoga, which seeks to explore the benefits of a daily routine that returns to the same space but is anything but ordinary. The overall goal is to cultivate heightened focus and awareness of our ingrained responses when confronted with repeated challenges.

Starting with the preparation of the body through the opening of fascia lines and the warming of the areas around the joints, the routine evolves into a breakdown of each asana. This deconstruction increases awareness before transitioning into a dynamic, flowing pace. The sequence moves through smooth transitions, developing in continuous repetitive patterns of movement, to enhance the "meditation in movement" inspired by Luca’s experiences with Rocket Yoga.

Origins

Friday, 12/7 - 6.30-8.30pm Masterclass

Saturday 13/7 - 9-11am Workshop

ORIGIN is a transformative practice which embodies the raw power of Power Yoga—a resilient practice fostering strength and acceptance. Over two classes we will take a deep-dive into this part of the Vinyasa Practice:

Picture yourself holding an asana for an indefinite period, gracefully embracing each slow transition with constancy and mindfulness, a gradual, explorative process to create the optimal conditions, removing discomfort and embracing the unfolding of our inner selves.
