Workshop Description: Science says novelty boosts your body and brain—let’s put that to work. Research shows that trying new movements activates your nervous system, improves coordination, and rewires your brain—proving your body really is your guru. In this workshop, there’s no led asana flow—instead, you’ll create your own movements, tapping into your creativity neural circuitries. We’ll blend movement with science-backed insights, so you leave with tools to keep your practice fresh and smart.
