Join Aurelie for a Weekend of Workshops
Aurelie is coming back to PYC to share her extensive knowledge with our community! Exploring movement has always been a part of Aurélie's life. As a former professional dancer and yoga teacher for almost 10 years, her greatest asset remains her anatomical knowledge of the human body.
Thanks to her extensive training and international teaching experience, her honest approach is modern and creative, yet firmly rooted in tradition. Her dynamic, powerful classes are combined with deep breathing work to balance the nervous system - in other words, to reconcile with calm. Aurelie is bringing three offerings to PYC. You are welcome to join just one Masterclass or Workshop, or join in on the full weekend!
Breath x Mobility - Master the Flow (Masterclass) - Dec 5th 18:00-20:00
This 2-hour masterclass integrates the anatomy of breath, pranayama, functional mobility, and creative sequencing into a cohesive and holistic practice. We will explore how breath informs movement, using mobility techniques and intelligently designed flows to cultivate control, stability, and freedom on and off your mat.
The session is designed to leave you feeling grounded, balanced, and more connected to both your practice and your everyday movement.
Hip Activation Workshop - Mobility x Arm Balances (Workshop) - Dec 6th 14:30-17:30
This 3-hour workshop is designed to enhance your understanding of hip anatomy and biomechanics as well as the impact they have on the rest of your body. We will examine this complex joint in depth, focusing on intelligent movement strategies and specific functional mobility exercises that build flexibility, strength, neurological control and stability. The practice will support progression toward advanced asanas and arm balances, while also providing practical insights for improving functional movement in these areas in your daily life.
A healthy hip is not defined by greater flexibility, but by the balance of stability and mobility.
Strong & Supple - Body Function x Flow (Workshop) - Dec 7th 13.45-16:45
This 3-hour workshop explores the body from both an anatomical and functional perspective, with a focus on developing intelligent and controlled flexibility. Through targeted mobility exercises, structured flows, and explorations that may extend beyond the mat, we will work toward greater stability and adaptability in movement.
The practice is designed to refine flexibility in a way that is not only supportive of more advanced asanas, but also transferable to everyday movement, helping you build a body that is both strong and supple—on and off the mat.
Investment: 800CZK for each individual event or 2,000CZK for the whole weekend
