Join Francisco for a Day of Workshops
Francisco is coming back to PYC to share new tools for a strong and efficient practice. Francisco specializes in blending different styles such as Vinyasa, Katonah Yoga, Forrest, Prana Flow, Rocket and functional mobility. This fusion allows him to offer dynamic and accessible classes that focus on exploring the body from different perspectives. His teaching is constantly evolving as he grows both as a teacher and as a person - always looking for new, conscious and intelligent ways to work with the body. He regularly leads master classes and workshops in Spain and Germany, teaching a practice that harmonises technique, intuition and curiosity.

We'll move mindfully and therapeutically to build a solid foundation—from Downward Dog to handstands.
