Lisa will lead a 75-minute 4Beat Rocket practice with good music, strong energy, and beautiful panoramic city views from one of Prague’s most unique rooftops.
After class, we’ll head into the stunning rooftop restaurant for breakfast, coffee, and more incredible views - a chance to relax, connect, and enjoy a slow morning with good company.
Expect an uplifting and intelligently built class that will challenge you through creative transitions, dynamic movement, and powerful postures, all guided with Lisa’s calm and grounded approach.
Come with a friend or come solo and meet someone new. Expect fun people, good vibes, movement, music, and a memorable morning above the city.

Lisa is our Rocket leader and the teacher who introduced Rocket Yoga to Prague, helping shape and grow the community from the very beginning.
Her classes are uplifting, energizing, and deeply grounding all at once. With Lisa’s calm and composed approach, you almost don’t realize how hard you’re working until the class is over and you’re glowing.
Expect a strong, intelligently built Rocket practice paired with a solid track of beats flowing in the background to keep the energy moving. Lisa will guide you through challenging postures, creative transitions, and moments that push you beyond what you thought you could do - all while holding the steadiness and composure of the room.
